The living rooms are on the first floor. To the left from the landing at the top of the stairs is the dining room. A circular room with a high vaulted ceiling, three double windows look out to the north-east, east and south across open countryside and the parc natural. A new dining table seats eight. The sideboard includes a bookshelf with a selection of books. Off the dining room is a seperate large double aspect kitchen. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils and pots and pans, equipment includes a four burner stove and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Small appliances include a microwave, kettle, toaster and a liquidiser. There are even two paella pans! The sitting room is off to the right at the top of the stairs. This triple aspect room has views to the north to Es Grau and the sea, west to Monte Toro and south over the parc. Equipment includes a flat screen TV with satellite channels (including UK Freeview), DVD and video player and a radio/CD player. There is also a selection of board games and puzzles as well as some local maps and guides. Two sets of glass doors open off the sitting room and lead to a covered terrace to the south and the partially shaded western terrace which has a table and seating for eight.

Downstairs to the right of the front door as you enter is the main bedroom with en-suite shower room. The room is in the roundel and has a king size double bed. There is plenty of storage as well as a wash basin. The shower room is down a couple of steps and is being rebuilt for 2014. All new fittings, lighting, sanitary ware and a wet-room like custom built shower enclosure will make for a hotel-like experience! Further along the corridor from the main bedroom is bedroom 4. A twin double with two single beds again has plenty of storage and if needed is also of a size for a cot. Bedroom 4 can, if needed, get access to the en-suite shower room though a lockable connecting door in the corridor. Turning left from the front door takes you down to bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom two at the end of the corridor is double aspect and is another twin room with two single beds and is also large enough for a cot as well. Bedroom 3 is smaller and has a queen size double bed and overlooks the swimming pool. Storage is again not a problem. Between the two rooms is the family shower room. Upgraded in 2013 it also is all new and has a walk in shower, basin and toilet.
